1921, in Flint Hill, son of Franklin Dabney and Mary Pullen Eastham.
He attended William and Mary College and graduated from Georgetown School of Foreign Service.
He was a diplomatic courier in Europe and was Vice Consul for the American Embassy in Mexico, Hong Kong, and Korea.
Mr. Eastham was a World War II United States Navy veteran having served as a naval pilot on the USS Yorktown in the Pacific. He retired as a banker having worked in New York, South America, and the Caribbean for Citibank.
Surviving are his wife Janet H. Eastham; two sons Robert Dabney Eastham of Sierra Madre, Cajif. and Stephen Hopkins Eastham of Flint Hill and three sisters, Anne Eastham Lillard of Charlottesville, Jane Eastham Rottier of Annandale, and Patricia Eastham Hall of Gainesville, Fla.
Pallbearers will be Dabney M. Eastham, Fletcher Eastham, Lindsay Eastham, Scott Carter, Randy Carter, Richard Rottier, Robert Dilworth and William G. Eastham.
