Sweet Potato Souffle Pat Giles 3 cups canned, mashed sweet potatoes 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup milk Topping: ' 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter and milk. For topping combine brown sugar, butter, flour, pecans and add to sweet potato mixture. Bake until brown.
