Several ladies from our area attended the Shenandoah District of Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs fall meeting held at Holiday Inn in Culpeper on Oct. 5. About 200 members were in attendance.
Last Tuesday the Salem Volunteer Fire Department visited St. Luke’s School in Culpeper and demonstrated to the children many things concerning fire fighting. * Special birthday wishes go out to Mrs. Mabel Webb who celebrates her day on Sunday and also to Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Cubbage who celebrate their wedding anniversary. Tuesday, Lori Frye will claim another birthday. Good wishes to all.
