• Rappahannock County Board of Zoning Appeals rescheduled to meet Thursday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m. Agenda items include: New business, special use for Compton, Bledsoe and Burke family apartments.
• Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors to meet Monday, May 3 at 2 and 5 p.m., instead of the regular public hearing time of 7 p.m. Tentative agenda includes: Old Business: Adoption of FY 2000 School Budget; Budget work session scheduled, suggest May 18 at 7 p.m.; Budget public hearing on June 7; Workers’ Compensation Coverage, Governing Body and appointed Board members; Resolution and Cellular/PCS Communications and update on joint holding of Conservation Easements.
New business to include: Closure of portion of Rt. 612; Commissioner of the Revenue and Treasurer Office Space Evaluation; FY 1999 Budget Amendments; Trigon Rate negotiations with area hospitals.
Appointments will include Sharon Pierce’s term on Planning Commission expires on May 2, 99.
Other information will include April Building Permit report and executive session to discuss the condition, acquisition and use of real property for public use, specifically the Aileen property.
The public hearing will be held at 5 p.m. and there will be no 7 p.m. session. Item to include special use permit for Miller subdivision.
