The object of this suit is as follows: to partition the real estate that Lucy Jordan Curtis died seized and possessed containing 0.18 acre, more or less, located in the Village of Flint Hill, Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia.

An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and/or their whereabouts are unknown and that their last known post office address, if known, is correctly set forth opposite their name listed below:

Elizabeth Anne (Emma) Ausberry, 1124 Owen Place, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20002

Maurice T. Ausberry - Whereabouts unknown - Believed to be in North Carolina

Charles Ernest McClennon, Jr. - Whereabouts unknown - Believed to be in Manassas, Virginia area

Unknown Heirs of Ernest Charles McClennon, Deceased - Whereabouts unknown

Unknown Heirs of Robert L. McClennon, Deceased - Whereabouts unknown

And the bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this cause, whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.

It is ORDERED that the said non-resident and whereabout unknown defendants, Elizabeth Anne (Emma) Ausberry, Maurice T. Ausberry and Charles Ernest McClennon, Jr. and any other UNKNOWN HEIRS, Devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having any interest in the real estate of which Lucy Jordan Curtis died seized and possessed, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST, if any such there be of Ernest Charles McClennon, Desceased, in and to his interest in the subject matter of this cause, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST, if any such there be of Robert L. McClennon, Deceasec, in and to his interest in the subject matter of this cause, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, are hereby required to appear on or before July 1, 1999 and do what may be necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS
