Public Hearing Announcement
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board (RRCSB) is holding a public hearing on May 11, 1999 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at its 15631 Bradford Road offices in Culpeper. Public comments will be received on:
1. Services provided under its Area Plan for Aging Services;
2. Services provided under the Performance Contract with the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services, and,
3. Local needs to be addressed in the RRCSB long range strategic plan for services between 2000 and 2006.
Information packages describing planned services for fiscal year 2000 are available by calling 540-8253100 ext. 3146. Written comments are also welcomed and should be addressed to: Executive Director, RRCSB, P.O. Box 1568, Culpeper, Va. 22701 to be received by May 28, 1999.
The RRCSB is a regional agency providing services to the Counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock. Under its Performance Contract the RRCSB provides for child and adult out-patient, day support, residential, and case management services to eligible individuals with disabilities related to mental illness, mental retardation, and substance abuse. Under the Area Plan the RRCSB provides advocacy, personal care, respite care, volunteer services, congregate and home delivered meals to eligible individuals who are elderly.
