Lauren Sharp and Kelly Atkins took the mound for the Panthers Monday night in Mount Jackson against the Generals. Sharp threw the first five innings for Rappahannock. She did not allow a hit while striking out nine and walking just two.
Freshman Kelly Atkins pitched the last two innings for the Panthers. She also did not give up a hit, and struck out four Stonewall Jackson batters.
