enjoyed visiting the National Arboretum and Dumbarton Oaks Park and Museum. Five generations were represented recently at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Atkins at Flint Hill. The gathering was in honor of the birthday of Mrs. Atkins. In the photograph were Mrs. Maude Dodson, Mrs. Mayanna Atkins, Hillard Tharp, Mrs. Jerry Grim and Dana Grim. Others attended and enjoyed the day. The Rappahannock County Retired Teachers Association will hold its spring meeting May 14 at the Steak House Restaurant near Culpeper. Since this group convenes only twice each year, Mrs. Annie Cooke, president, expressed hope that all members and retired teachers in the county would attend, for there will be some important business on the program.
