With only three people present to request consideration of their interests for the 1983-84 school operating budget, the Rappahannock School Board conducted its community input session last Tuesday night. Illness prevented two of the board members from attending: Hampton representative Randall Updike and Stonewall-Hawthome member Nelson Lane.
The remaining board members first heard from Rappahannock County Educational Association President Richard Smith. Smith presented RECEA’s sixpart proposal for the coming budget deliberations.
