NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County has received an application for establishment of an Agricultural and Forestal District in the Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The application is made pursuant to Chapter 26, Section 15.1 -1509 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia and Article 17-3 of the Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given of the following: (A) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to the public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors, Washington, Virginia, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday.
