NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Virginia Code Section 15.1-431 as amended, that the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 7, 1983 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the Courthouse at Washington, Virginia, to consider the following matter:
An amendment to Article 2, Section 2-1 - 2 of the 1973 Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance to add a new subsection permitting archery, skeet, trap or target shooting ranges as an additional use permitted with a special use permit in an Agricultural Zone.
The aforesaid amendment is available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday.
This notice is being published in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, for two (2) successive weeks as required by the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
