Two men convicted of stealing a truckload of lawn ornaments from the Parkway Gift Shop in Sperryville last December were sentenced in General District Court February 15.
Judge John Alexander gave Tony Edward Clatterbuck of Radiant and John Singleton of, Culpeper twelve-month sentences, suspended, to be satisfied by 32 hours community service each. (Community service is an option provided to the court in cases where a jail sentence is required.)
Both men had affirmed their guilt in the theft of about two dtrfen large cement law^(!ecorations.
