V.F.D. Meeting Castleton Volunteer Fire Department will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, March 2, at 7:30 at the fire hall. All members and interested persons are urged to attend. Ladies To Meet The Flint Hill Ladies Auxiliary will have its first meeting of 1983 on Monday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the fire hall. According to a member of the auxiliary this will be a very important meeting and plans for the fireman’s banquet which will be held on April 9 will be discussed. All members and interested persons are urged to attend. 4-H Share-TheFun Contest 4-H Share-The-Fun will be held at the elementary school on Monday night, March 7, beginning at 7:30. Participants will include the 4th grade class and any senior members (age 14-19) who would like to participate in the district contest on Saturday, March 19 at the Culpeper Baptist Church. Costumes must be worn for the senior members. If you wish to participate, please call the extension office by Friday, March 4th to sign up and fill out entry forms. Fire & Rescue
Meeting The Rappahannock Fire and Rescue Association will meet on Friday, February 25, at 7:30 p.m. in the Washington firehall. The Association generally meets on the third Friday of every month but has re-scheduled the February meeting for the fourth Friday due to a conflict.
