Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Crews attended a birthday celebration for their granddaughter, Lorissa Crews on Sunday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Clark Crews in Manassas. Lorissa was two years old and approximately 25 relatives and friends attended.
J. Stant Weaver was taken to Culpeper Memorial Hospital last Monday evening by the Washington Rescue Squad. After being treated there he was transported to the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Peneranda. The Penerandas accompanied him home on Wednesday and had lunch. Fred Butler of Boston visited Mr. Weaver on Thursday.
