Mrs. Jessie Gaunt Palmer, 57, of Virginia Beach died Monday, December 27,1982, at Emporia.
She was a native of Sperryville and the widow of retired Navy Chief Warrant Officer Robert A. Palmer, Sr. She was a former real estate agent with Henry-Hanson-Tucker Realty Corporation and was very active in the American Genealogical Society.
Survivors include a son. Dr. Roger A. Palmer, Jr. of Emporia; a sister, Mai \ lottle of Sperryville and two brothers, James D. Gaunt of Reva and John Gaunt of Luray.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, December 29,1982, at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments in Emporia. Burial was in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
