Members of the design board include Mr. Arundel, William H. du Pont, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fleischmann, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Fout, Dr. Rufus Humphrey, Dr. John Mayo, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest M. Oare, Meade Palmer, Ridgely White, James Young, and Arthur McCashin.
