The MCI atrocity, a 250 foot communications tower in the middle of Rappahannock County, remains a threat. MCI, a private business, will return with detailed plans to erect a giant skeleton loaded with flashing4 lights and large ugly geometrical shapes.
It may or may not generate electronic interference; that can be proved only after it is too late. But it is certain to despoil Rappahannock's natural beauty and property values; it has already caused the latter.
