Notice is given that Central Telephone Company of Virginia ("Company") has filed a Tariff FCC No. 1 with the Federal Communications Commission on September 30, 1983, to become effective January 1, 1984 The purpose of this tariff filing is to establish charges and regulations for the offering of access services as required by the FCC's Third Report and Order in CC Docket No. 78-72, Phase I, as modified. A copy of the tariff filing is posted and may be inspected at the Company's office located at 2211 Hydraulic Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
