hannock County. In 1980, Judge Snead appointed me as acting commonwealth’s attorney for Rappahannock County in a number of burglary cases which occurred in the Castleton area. I successfully prosecuted these cases and in addition to obtaining convictions, I was successful in having some of the stolen property returned to the victim.
“I’ve had extensive experience in county government since my appointment as zoning administrator by the board of supervisors in 1981. During the past two years, I have developed a close working relationship with the supervisors and members of the planning commission and board of zoning appeals.
