Russell Spicer Amissville Resident Russell Wayel.v Spicer, 74, of Amissville, died Wednesday. September 28, 19S3, at his residence. A native of Culpeper County, he was the son of the late Yike and Annie Spicer. He was a member of Amissville Baptist Church. Survivors include one brother, Marion Spicer of ('ulpeper and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted on Saturday at Amissville Raptist Church by the Rev. Joseph Stirman. Rurial was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were David Beach, Woodrow Beach, William Pickett, William Glascock, Graham Hackley, Gilbert H. Dennis, Frank Donald and Kenneth Glascuck.
