The big surprise was the defensive turnaround by the Panthers. After giving up 194 yards to Madison in the first half, the Rapp side held the Mountaineers to minus 21 yards and no points in the second half.
It was quite an opening game for the first-year sport. The Rapp fans were delighted and the boys will probably remember this game for the rest of their high school days if not longer. It was a great night to be a Panther!
