train a llama? Ms. Hays said you can train a llama pretty well in about three months, in little sessions. A little session is ten minutes. You don’t want to work them too long, she said, and you want the session to end on an up note.
Do llamas spit? Usually only when annoyed or frightened. It’s sort of like “phooey.” It means bug off. They don’t usually spit when they’re in comfortable surroundings and with someone they trust. They’re safe in nursing homes and around children, for example.
