Rappahannock County. It is open every first, third, and fifth Wednesday nights with patient registration from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Each clinic is staffed with one doctor, three nurses and four administrative volunteers.

As of June 30, 2002, the Rappahannock Free Clinic has 82 patients with a total of 263 free doctor visitations; has provided 963 prescriptions and also has a total of 670 volunteer hours. The total volunteer staff consists of six doctors, twelve nurses, and 23 administrative volunteers. Plus the support of many residents who provide dinner for the volunteers at the clinic.

The Free Clinic is a cooperative effort of local doctors, nurses, and administrators to provide excellent primary health care and medicines to Rappahannock area citizens with limited means. All care is provided at no charge by the volunteers. The clinic relies entirely on donations and grants to remain in operation.

Mark your calendars now and plan to ride in this year's RoughRide. If you would like a registration form mailed to you call Jean Lillard at 675-7171 or 6753670.

"Come experience a great day of riding and do some good at the same time," said organizer Jean Lillard.
