Panthers defeated Madison County -30-20 for the first ever football win.
Golf team
The Panther golf team improved its record to 5-2 on the season by defeating George Mason and Luray last week. The scores were Rappahannock 178, George Mason 184 and Luray 231. Mike Fairbrother led the way for the linksters with a nine-hole score of 36. Brain Taylor had a 43, Jacob Dodson a 45 and Mike Cannon a 54.
