If it is the people
who make
a community what it is, it is no less true for a bank.
Rappahannock National Bank achieved its 100th anniversary this year largely because of the vision of the people who directed it, the dedication of its employees, and the loyalty of its customers.
That spirit that prevails in Rappahannock County which makes it a priceless place to live today, is the same spirit that guided the thinking of those bank presidents, directors and cashiers over the last centuiy, through major wars, the Great Depression, several recessions, periods of economic growth and the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack on America.
