George Marsh Electronic handyman George Dickson “Root” Marsh, 51, of Anchorage, Alaska died Aug. 31 at his residence.
He was bom April 5,1951 in Nashua, N.H., a son of the late George Robinson Marsh and Elizabeth Jeffries Marsh. He attended Germanna Community College and was an electronic handyman. Survivors include a brother, Alfred Jeffries Marsh of Boston; two nephews, George Marsh of Canton, Ohio and Haywood Marsh of Madison; three aunts and numerous cousins. Graveside services will be held on Friday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. at Culpeper Masonic Cemetery with the Rev. John Story of Madison Presbyterian Church. Clore-English Funeral Home in Culpeper is in charge of the arrangements.
