Bill, Joanne and Elizabeth Welch spent Labor Day at Montpelier, home of James Monroe at Orange. They had dinner at the Aberdeen Bam.
Our prayers continue for all those on the sick list, especially for Dr. Werner Krebser, who at this writing is a patient in Warren Memorial Hospital and for Mrs. Frances Bradford, who is at the Southerlands in Front Royal.
Mrs. Mary Curtis has returned to her home after spending sometime with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Curtis, Tiffany and Josh in Tulsa, Okla.
