Hearthstones returning faculty this year will include Kitty Keller-Keyser (nursery/Kindergarten), Jessica Haase (lst/2nd grade), and Alice Currin (3rd/4th grade and Choir). Chris Porter returns to teach middle and upper school classes in history, science, math, Physical Education, and grammar, and will offer private tutoring.
Laura Schadler, who taught at Hearthstone during the 2000-2001 school year, has returned to the county from New York and will teach middle and upper school classes in history, English, creative writing, literature, art history, and college acceptance (helping upper school students research colleges, prepare portfolios, visit and apply to schools).
