Butler says that the Panther team is looking for a win at the first home game of the season on the new football field.
“We have a better football team than last year,” Butler said. “I think that we’ve got a strong chance of winning this Saturday. We have just got to get over the hill and win a game.” This is Freedom’s first year playing varsity football, and they have also lost their first two games.
“I think I can speak for the team,” said Bobby Czekaj. “We are excited about this one, and hopefully, we’ll get a good crowd to support us.”
