FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER
General Services
The successful candidate will assist program managers in executing complex construction and maintenance to include major facilities maintenance and repair; manage the planning, design, and acquisition of projects, including, but not limited to, building maintenance and repair, parking lots, sidewalks, and other infrastructure related projects; develop pre-design programs; develop professional services and construction contracts; manage construction, and post construction activities for building maintenance and repair, and other assigned projects; inspect construction sites. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field and 2 years of directly related experience. Engineer in Training or Professional Engineer Certification desirable. Valid driver's license. May be required to attend occasional evening meetings. Must be available, when required, to respond to County emergencies. Must be able to inspect existing facilities and active construction projects. DMV record check is required.
