approve of the deed before it was sent, and when I read the deed I expressed my objections, to it.
My first problem with the Deed of Title was use of the words “be properly and perpetually cared for” without mentioning the rights of all the descendants of people buried there to visit their ancestors even when they are not there to care for it.
Secondly, I objected to the non-exclusive perpetual easement of right of way ten feet in width around my family cemetery because I understand Rodgers offered to deed that area over to me along with the 38-foot by 40-foot cemetery.
