Culpeper Regional Hospital's Cardiovascular Center welcomes Zia Roshandel, MD, to the health care team and Blue Ridge Cardiovascular Associates. Dr. Roshandel specializes in the evaluation and treatment of diseases of the heart and circulatory system, including cardiac imaging (echocardiography, nuclear stress test and CT angiography) as well as cardiac catheterization.
Dr. Roshandel is a medical graduate of the Rheinisch-WestfalischeTech Hochshule in Aachen, Germany. He completed his internship at the VA Medical Center in Washington. DC and his residency in internal medicine at the Unity Health System in Rochester. NY. Most recently, he completed his cardiology fellowship at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Mich. Dr. Roshandel is board certified in internal medicine, echocardiography (ultrasound of the heart) and nuclear cardiology.
