me to get one to do it. Not hearing back from him, I retained a lawyer on August 4 to draw up the Deed of Title, , and hired a surveyor to complete a plat to record with it.
Unfortunately, the attorney I retained did not draw up the Deed of Title exactly as Rodgers offered and I accepted, and exactly as I instructed him to do.
Nor did he allow me to read and approve it before sending it to the attorney for Rodgers. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from the lawyer I retained, I went to his office and was told he was waiting to hear back from Rodgers’ attorney.
