Regarding our property tax assessments; with the latest fall in real estate prices, are any one’s home as valuable as it was this spring when the assessments were done? With the rise and fall of home prices fluctuating like the gas prices, maybe they should do an assessment every six months!
It shouldn’t take them that long, since the assessors were on my property for a grand total of 10 minutes!
