Del. Todd Gilbert, a Republican who represents the 15th District that includes Rappahannock County, will present $750 in campaign contributions from Allegheny Power and Dominion to the PLA. A “Ughtwalk” under the 500,000-volt power lines that cross Jordan River Farm will begin after Gilbert’s presentation. Participants can bring their own 3-foot fluorescent light bulbs, which will illuminate from the stray energy emitted by the power lines.
