some long term friendships and met women who have survived cancer for 20 to 25 years. This is encouraging to all survivors. My cancer was not caught as early as it could have been, but I am a 17+ year survivor. I do know there is always HOPE! I encourage all women over the age of 40 to get a yearly mammogram. It can truly save your life.
