Floyd F. Scroggins

Floyd Franklin “Buck” Scroggins, 81, of Winchester died Monday, October 15 at Winchester.

He was bom December 11, 1925 in Washington, Va., to the late John Buck and Victoria Bick Foster Scroggins.

Mr. Scroggins was a laborer with the fanning and orchard industry.

He attended The Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness Church.

Mr. Scroggins was married to Elva Lucille Proffitt Scroggins* November 16, 1985 in,

Mr. Scroggins was predeceased by his siblings. He is the last member of his immediate family.

A graveside service will be held on Monday October 22 at 11 a.m. in the Flint Hill Cemetery with Elder Steven Golightly officiating. Burial will follow.
