Another great way to make your pumpkin into a centerpiece is to hollow it out and place a bouquet of fresh or dried flowers in through the top. Be sure to cut the flower stems a fat short so that the blossoms are just above the pumpkin. This is a great way to welcome fell while at the same time reminiscing about the beauty of spring and a fabulous way to spruce up your table while dining on pumpkin pastries.
