I feel compelled to answer
Mr. Torrance’s letter (Rappahannock News, Oct. 4) I was once told by a friend “A man that uses name calling in defense of his position, has no defense at all for his position.” Everything I wrote about was fact! Mr. Torrance called Supervisor Frazier biased, Mr. Torrance, who does your wife work for? Isn’t it the Rappahannock School System? Talk about being biased! I’m sure you don’t want things to change, with your wife’s generous raise every year, you have no problem with being able to afford the tax increases with plenty of change left over. I believe Supervisor Frazier is the one that works so hard to cut
