Claudia Putnam served this casserole at the Flint Hill Extension Homemakers' meeting last spring. For working women, it is easy to prepare and convenient if made the night before and put in the oven when arriving home from work.

Make 1 lb. hamburger into 4 patties. Put in baking dish. Slice potatoes and onions in thin slices, put on top of hamburgers. Salt and pepper. Pour one can undiluted cheddar cheese soup over it. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
