The girls of Rappahannock's Cadetle Girl Scout troop would like to thank the women of Trinity Episcopal Church for permission to use part of the Parish Hall for babysitting during the House Tour.
The girls would also like to thank parents who brought their children. The girls made some money for their troop and learned a lot about entertaining pre-schoolers

The Washington Volunteer Fire Department will begin its annual shooting matches on Friday, November 3, at 7:30 p.m. on the carnival grounds in Washington. All types of guns—12, 16 and 20 gauge—are allowed. Prizes will include oysters, ham, turkey, and beef. Proceeds benefit the Fire Department.
