Virginia’s Coastal Resources Management Program is a comprehensive management program designed to conserve and protect the Commonwealth’s valuable coastal land and water resources. Hie program is being developed by the Office of the Secretary of Commerce and Resources with the assistance of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission and the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, and is now entering its fourth planning year.
