less than $1,000, a simple letter request will be all that is required. For projects costing over $1,000, a simple application form will have to be filled out. The regional offices will be available to help draw up applications. It is expected that the regional offices will also monitor the progress of approved projects. Project applications will be submitted to the director’s office and acted upon by the Citizens Steering Committee. It will be necessary for the applications to be in the director’s office three weeks prior to a meeting of the Citizens Steering Committee.
