It is my opinion that we have too many layers of federal and state regulatory agencies mandating, through expenses incurred in response to their demands, increases in our public utility rates. I cannot speak for Congressman Robinson but perhaps he’s of a like opinion and sees no need for further expensive regulatory layers.
