On November 7, Rappahannock citizens will join voters throughout the state in deciding whether the Virginia Constitution should be amended to allow localities the option of granting tax exemptions on renovated property. If the majority votes yes on the ballot issue, the following subsection will be added to Article X, Section 6 of the Constitution:
