You will see certain members of the Varsity Club at home games selling drinks and concessions. Other members you will see out on the court showing you how they got into the Varsity Club.
Well the Cross Country season is almost over. We didn’t get to explore much of that though. The members of the cross country team are Daryl! Brown, Ann Thomas, Don Dougherty, Ron Dougherty, Brian Fitzek, Greg Martin, Rusty Settle, Billy Anderson, Rhonda Wiley, Lee Anderson, Mike Tomko, Wayne Atkins, Nils Aylor, and Steve Kellison. The team is managed by Tammy Armentrout and coached by Mr. Terry Finch.
The team didn’t win many (or let’s say any) meets, but they are a young team lacking Cross Country experience. The team consists mainly of 9th and 10th graders. With more work and effort the Cross Country team will grow and become more successful.
The girls’ basketball season is almost finished for this year. The teams put forth a lot of effort. On October 26, RCHS Panthers will play against Stonewall in the last home game of the season, so come out and see both games. JV game starts at 6:30, Varsity game starts at 8.
