On Friday at 8 p.m., Oct. 10 at the Rappahannock County Library, off U.S. 211, Washington, Reed L. Engle will present a slide talk, “Only At This Time and Place — The Creation of Shenandoah National Park.”
Engle and his wife, Dolores live in Rixeyville. He is the cultural resource specialist at the park’s headquarters.
