Before he rode his first winner over fences at Naas in Ireland, Leo O’Brien said that he “...hadn’t even considered making a career of horses. I’d mostly started work with Tom Taaffe as a job just out of school. It’s funny how things end up working out. It was a good starting point for me. It has produced many great horsemen.”
