Tompkins also said that a public meeting was being planned with the help of Patty Katzen, wife of Delegate Jay Katzen. This meeting, tentatively scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 9, will provide an opportunity for council members and the public to learn about alternative waste water systems.
Vendors, government officials from the Health Department, the Department of Environmental Quality, and other experts will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.
