The monthly singing and pickin party, held at the Salem Volunteer Fire and Rescue on U.S. 522, will take place Friday, Sept. 19 beginning at 7 p.m. Food and drinks will be available by the fire department at a small fee. Upon arrival if you plan to participate, sign up. The public is invited to come out and enjoy the music while supporting the fire department.
